 program is certified by the (NCCER)  National Center

 for Construction Education and Research.  Mr. Rick

 Parham is a NCCER Certified Craft Instructor, as well

 as a North Carolina Licensed Contractor, with 28 years

 of construction experience.  Mr.Parham is a Standard

 Professional 1 North Carolina Licensed Teacher. 

The Construction Technology program is open to all

 10th, 11th, and 12th Grade Students of Robbinsville

 High School.
